Term 1 Test Reflections

The first test of the year... I think I didn't do too well. The problem seems to be that I am unfamiliar with the new topics that we have just begun to learn this year. We have been doing mainly chemistry this term, specifically looking at the following topics:

-Equation Writing

-Acids, Bases and Salts

-Periodic Table

-Atomic Structure

-Chemical Bonding

...And that's about it! I believe my weaknesses lie in these topics:

-Equation Writing

-Acids, Bases and Salts

I just cannot seem to get these topics right! As for the other topics, while the periodic table would have been a tough one, luckily we were allowed the use of the periodic table during the test! What a relief! A little work was still needed though, as should be the case. Atomic structure and chemical bonding gave me some trouble when revising, as I especially disliked drawing all those diagrams, but they turned out to be fine in the test.
